REFUNDS, RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY:
Goods must be returned by the customer within 7 days of receipt using a trackable postal service.
All products must be returned in a sellable condition meaning that they must be unused and in their original packaging with any security seals still intact. We reserve the right to consider the condition of any product that you wish to return and make any deduction if there are indications that the product, its packaging or its security seals have been used, removed, broken or tampered with.
Please note that your right to cancel or return a product does not apply to unsealed fragrances which have been opened, tested or partially used.
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or UK bank holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Delivery. 3 - 5 business days. Free
No more than 4 items are allowed in one parcel. If you wish to purchase more than 4 bottles, the remaining amount will arrive in a separate package of up to 4 bottles maximum in each parcel.
At present, Beshara London do not ship our products Internationally from the UK. Due to the new customs and duty regulations (post Brexit) on shipping dangerous goods require a lot of packaging regulations, delivery time frames and costs implications. We want our international customers to receive the most seamless experience and therefore, Beshara London are looking to ensure all conditions are in place before we announce any exciting expansions. Beshara London products are available to purchase and collect at 10 Akosombo Road, Airport, Accra, Ghana. Orders can be made via besharalondon.com or Instagram @besharalondon to place deliveries within Ghana. Alternatively, please use our Contact Form for collection orders.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Beshara London is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Beshara London is not liable for any lost or damaged products during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment courier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Beshara London are not responsible for the mailing/shipping costs when any item/s are returned for refund.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of physical receipt of goods back to us in a saleable condition. The purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase of the order. Please note that shipping costs for outgoing or returning orders are not eligible for a refund.
